Can I Dine In?

Unfortunately, we are not a restaurant! We currently only offer pick-up orders from our weekly menu and catering services at this time.

What is on the weekly menu?

You can find this week’s menu items in our order tab! Weekly menu items are updated every Sunday and orders will be available for pickup the following Saturday.

How do I pick up my order?

Pick-ups are available on Saturdays between 11am-1230pm at YVRPrep: A5-5279 Still Creek Ave, Burnaby, BC (facing main street). Pickup details are also noted on your order confirmation.

Do you deliver?

We are not offering delivery at this time. Please contact us at hello@bibiks.ca for possible pick-up arrangements.

Do you offer catering?

Yes, we do! Feel free to contact us at hello@bibks.ca for your catering inquiries.

What other products are you selling?

Our Shop is currently being updated, please come back to see newly posted items!

What if I have allergies?

We work out of a shared commercial kitchen (YVR Prep), so please contact us if you have any food concerns.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please email hello@bibks.ca 48 hours before the pick-up date. Please read your order confirmation for pickup details.

Will I be refunded for my order?

Refunds will only be given on orders cancelled 48 hours before the pick-up date. Please note there is a 3% admin fee for cancelations.

What are my payment options?

Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), and American Express.

Is my information secure?

We will only use your information for ordering/delivery purposes.
